✨ Cancellation Policy ✨ ⚠️ 48-hour notice is required for any reschedules or cancellations. ❌ Same-day cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ❌ Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. 💵 Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be forfeited in these cases. 🚫 No refunds or exchanges. ✨ Late Arrival Policy ✨ ⏰ A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and charged 100% of the scheduled service. ⏳ If I am able to accommodate a late arrival, the appointment may be converted to a “time remaining” service to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. ⚠️ Time-remaining services are completed based on the time available and are considered final services. Complimentary corrections, touch-ups, or adjustments are not available for appointments shortened due to late arrival.
